The rules and agreements that govern your use of Connexolve services. Please read carefully before engaging with us.
Welcome to Connexolve Infotech Pvt Ltd ("Connexolve," "we," "us," or "our"), a private limited company incorporated in India having its registered office at 5th Floor, 83, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Road, Kalighat, Kolkata – 700026, West Bengal, India. By accessing our website (https://connexolve.in) or availing any of our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Connexolve provides the following services:
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our services, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

Project timelines mentioned in proposals are estimates and may vary based on client feedback turnaround, scope changes, or third-party API availability. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., delayed approvals, content delivery, KYC documents) shall not be attributable to Connexolve.
⚠️ Important: When you submit data for BGV through our portal, you are responsible for ensuring proper consent has been obtained from the data subject under the DPDP Act, 2023.
All source code, designs, frameworks, and proprietary tools developed by Connexolve remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, project-specific deliverables are transferred to the Client. Our pre-existing libraries, modules, and BGV platform technology remain our exclusive property.
Our services may integrate third-party APIs and platforms (Meta WhatsApp, Razorpay, Google Workspace, Zoho, government BGV APIs, etc.). Use of such services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not liable for any disruption, downtime, or policy changes by these providers.
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Client data, employee data, and verification records are stored securely and used only for the contracted purpose. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law.
We target 99.9% uptime for hosted services and our BGV portal. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. SLA-backed services are subject to terms in the individual service contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connexolve's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or misuse of our BGV/marketing platforms. Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, internet outages, or third-party API failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or by posting on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
