1Overview
At Connexolve Infotech Pvt Ltd ("Connexolve," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering high-quality services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and how cancellations are handled across our service categories.

3Web & App Development Refunds
- Before project kickoff: 80% refund of advance paid (20% retained for consultation, planning, and administrative costs).
- After kickoff but before design approval: 50% refund of advance paid.
- After design approval / development started: No refund. Work completed will be delivered.
- After project delivery: No refund.
4Background Verification (BGV) Services
Important: BGV API calls consume real-time resources. Once submitted, the cost is incurred immediately.
- BGV verifications are processed in real-time through government and authorized third-party APIs. Once submitted, the cost is non-refundable.
- If a verification fails due to a technical error on our end (and not invalid input), the credit will be refunded to your Connexolve wallet within 7 working days.
- Pre-purchased verification credits are non-refundable but remain valid as per the validity period at purchase.
- Failed or "no record found" results are valid responses from official databases and are not eligible for refund.
5Company Incorporation & Compliance Services
- Before document submission to MCA/GST/Govt. portal: Refund of professional fees only (after deducting work done & MCA/government fees if paid).
- After submission to government portal: No refund, as government fees and stamp duty are non-recoverable.
- Rejection by government authority: We will assist with re-filing once at no extra professional fee. Government re-filing fees, if any, are payable by the client.
- Annual compliance packages (ITR, GSTR, ROC) are non-refundable once filing has commenced.
6Hosting, Domain & Email Services
- Domain registrations are non-refundable as they are registered with third-party registrars and cannot be reversed.
- Web/email hosting plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of activation. After 7 days, no refund will be issued.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable.
7WhatsApp Business API & SMS Marketing
- Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once Meta WhatsApp Business API onboarding has been initiated.
- Pre-purchased messaging credits are non-refundable but remain valid as per plan terms.
- Unused credits cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash.
8Subscription Cancellation
For any subscription-based service (hosting, payroll, AMC, BGV plans):
- You may cancel your subscription anytime by writing to sales@connexolve.in.
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial month / partial cycle refunds unless specified in this policy.
- Auto-renewal can be disabled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

Reflects in your account within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank.
Note: Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) and applicable GST are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
10Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Government fees, stamp duty, and statutory charges already paid
- Domain registration & renewal charges
- Third-party API costs already consumed (BGV verifications, SMS, WhatsApp messages)
- Services delivered and accepted by the client
- Customised work where significant effort has already been invested
- Payment gateway processing charges
11Chargebacks
⚠️ Please contact us first. Clients are encouraged to reach out to resolve payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of services and may attract legal action.
Any chargeback fees imposed by the bank or payment gateway will be borne by the Client.
12Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for refund delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including bank holidays, payment gateway downtime, government API failures, or natural calamities.
13Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
14Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
